Shipping to Kidani village???

We are new DVC members and are leaving for Disney 9-26 and I want to ship box and am reading conflicting info.

We are staying at kidani village- do we ship there to that address? I've never been but the concierge told me to do so. Anyone with experience here? Need to ship today! Help

Jambo and Kidani are separate different addresses.

Yes I see that now. Wow, big place. I just wanted to make sure it didn't go to general AKL address, as in animal kingdom lodge hotel front desk.

Anyone ever NOT receive their box??? Eek now I'm kind of scared to ship away my stuff in case it is lost at hotel I am mailing snacks but other items in box are bday gifts, costumes, toys, etc. what are the odds of my box being lost at hotel?
