Shipping to BLT

We are coming on Mon (arriving early Tues morning) and had shipped a pkg to ourselves to arrive Tues to BLT.

I was already going to call to let them know we had a package to keep an eye out for. I know BLT charges $10 to receive pkgs for you.

Well, sadly my phone cracked last week and I pre-ordered the Galaxy S7. It shipped early said it'll come tomorrow. Problem is - they shipped me the wrong model.

So now I'm going to have them shop it to BLT since I don't want the phone to sit on our porch for a week while we're at the World.

Question for all: easiest way to let BLT know we have pkgs as well as will we be charged twice for 2 pkgs arriving on the same day?

Shipping has been outsourced and per the info on the thread, expect to be charged per package.

You cannot call BLT directly - the published phone number is a call center. They will answer as if they are at BLT, but it is still a call center. Also, your packages will go to the Ricoh Business Office at the Convention Center not to BLT. As long as your packages are correctly addressed, they will arrive at the business center which handles a huge volume of packages so it would be impossible for them to "keep an eye out" for your specific packages.

There's no need to. Every day they are getting tons packages and grocery deliveries for guests. They know it's coming.

When we have packages shipped to BLT/CR we always include our reservation number so that when the package arrives it has our name plus our reservation number. We were told to do that when we inquired about having something shipped directly to the resort.
