So, I feel really dumb for not knowing the answer to this because I've shipped tons of boxes home to myself from WDW in the past. I used to have a job where I could print UPS labels & pay our companies discounted rate, so I always brought my own shipping labels with me. I no longer work there, so I need to find a new shipping method.

I know that at DLR you can leave all of your purchases at Bell Services & they'll pack them up for you & ship them out. You of course have to pay for the shipping, but it's super easy. Do they do that WDW too? I can't remember anyone ever offering me that service in the past like at DLR. I don't want to assume they'll do it & then end up with a bunch of boxes that I have no way to send.

That's what I was afraid of. My hotel doesn't have a business center, so that's not an option. And unfortunately, the "at time of purchase" shipping option, wouldn't really work either. I normally send 4 or 5 large boxes home each trip. If I had to pay for shipping on each individual purchase it would probably be several hundreds of dollars. Especially since my next trip is over Christmas & my son has opted to forgo presents at home, so that he can pick stuff at WDW instead.

I guess I'll have to get creative to figure something out beforehand. Thank you for your help!

What about using Priority Flat Rate boxes? Do they still have those? I use to used them when I shipped stuff to soldiers that were deployed.

How about shopping for the item you want, but purchasing it on the Disney Parks shopping app? Over Labor Day the app had free shipping. Maybe you could get lucky with free shipping around Christmas. Also there's an annual pass discount, if that applies.

When we buy an odd or over size gift, we have Disney ship it direct from where we buy it, to our home. No sales tax just shipping costs.

Will you be renting a car? If so, I noticed a UPS store in a shopping center in Celebration (same shopping center where Publix is on the corner of Celebration Ave and W Irlo Bronson Pkwy). Don't know which resort you will be staying at, but it is not too far from the BoardWalk area. You could google UPS places for a close one and could always Uber it.

When I got married at WDW, I had boxes to ship because there was no way I was fitting all of it in the suitcases. I just remember boxing them up and taking them down to the front desk (Grand Floridian) and I was done. They shipped them. Don't recall the cost. We have also purchased larger items in the parks, like a painting, and had that directly shipped to the house from the store we purchased it at.

with the shop parks app you can scan the bar code to add the item to your cart, then Buy and ship everything at one time. usually free shipping over $75. Some oversized items require additional fee. I've used the app it is really simple nothing to carry around, one in a while you will get an item that says not available on shop parks if it's limited edition or clearance.

Sounds like you might fly to WDW. If so, why not bring (or purchase) an extra suitcase and pay the baggage fee. It's probably less expensive than the non-discounted shipping fees, which I found to be outrageous when I asked about them, LOL
