Shipping packages - bit of a different question

Hi all.

Based on the info I learned from other Mouseallaneous threads on the subject, we've placed orders from Amazon and Zappos and have had them delivered to the resort while we were staying there - this worked great (given that we're from Canada and the cost of shipping and duties delivering across the border makes it prohibitive to buy from those type of sites). We were at WDW for 10 days our last visit, so delayed delivery was not a huge concern.

Our issue this time is that we only have 3 days at WDW before sailing on the Fantasy, so if shipping is delayed for some reason, we're in trouble.

Does anyone have any experience with how far in advance of a stay can a package sent to the resort for pickup on arrival - e.g. if I have something scheduled for delivery 3-5 days in advance of our arrival, should we be ok?

Shouldn't be a problem. Remember BVC, BWV, BLT, and VGF have business centers and packages will be delivered there. They also charge a small handling fee of $5 or so per box.

Actually, I just read yesterday on the GF Amenities page under Business Center that they will receive packages up to three days before a guest's arrival.

Dont flame me.......but i have had parcels delivered 6-8 weeks before my vacation at BLT, BWV, POP, GCV......easy as!

from amazon, ebay etc

you just have to pay for delivery at the business centres at contemporary and BWV.

Love my Disney :thumbsup2
