We have never had a problem getting our package. Most often it is there before we are, and the send it up pretty soon, after we get to our room. One time it was locked up, in a room (we arrived later in the eve), and we couldn't get it till the next morning.
Put the resort name
your name, and arrival date
address of resort
If you go to the post office, or UPS, or whoever you will be using to ship it, it will tell you, how long from zip code to zip code. If you use the USPS, with delivery confirmation, you can check to see when it is delivered. I usually time it out, so it gets there 1 day (2 at the most) before we do.
Depending on the resort, there is a fee, for handling. At CSR, one time it was almost $19.00. I complained, by letter to the manager but it did no good. I haven't been charged anywhere else though. You may want to call and check. It kind of cancelled out any savings.
