Shipping my box to the World

This is our first trip to Disney World. This is also our first trip as one big happy family. DH, DS-7, DD-5, DD-5, DS-6months, and I will be traveling to Disney June 14th-22nd. We are staying at POR. We are flying to Orlando via Delta from Cincinnati and I am planning to check two bags. I am also planning to FedEx a package to Disney with some supplies. I know I need diapers, wipes, and baby food but I am drawing a blank on what else I might need to put in this package. Any ideas?

I am sending souvineres I get from the disney store in my area. Its a lot cheaper to do it that way. I am also sending diapers, wipes, pop up hamper and snacks

We are having water shipped from Staples. If you are packing the box yourself, I would pack powdered formula, a tin of cookies, box of goldfish, microwave popcorn... basically, snack stuff. What about sunscreen & bugspray too? Anything you won't be upset about leaving at the resort when you leave. Good luck.

We also included paper bibs and toss-away forks and spoons on our last trip. Have fun!

You might think about GardenGrocer.com instead of shipping your own box. We've used them twice and they were great. We got bottled water, diapers, wipes, fruit, orange juice, different snack foods etc. They deliver directly to the resort. They give you 2 hour windows and you don't have to be there. Both times we used them we used the 2 hour window right around the time our flight came in and the stuff was there waiting when we got to the resort. Also, I've heard rumors on these boards that some of the resorts are now charging holding fees if you ship your own box down. I've seen reports of $5, $10, weight based, or that they are only charged if you exceed a certain weight. I've also seen reports that some of the resorts charge and some don't. I really can't give you any concrete information on that.
