Shipping info from Disneyland Resort Galaxy's Edge Droid Depot

I recently bought a Lightsaber Hilt at the Droid Depot, Then paid for shipping. Its now 5 days later and I haven't received any information. I know 5 days isn't very long, but have any of you had experience with their shipping process ? How long did shipping take and were you actually notified when it was shipped ?

I'm on hold right now with Galaxys Edge 714-300-7805, as General Disneyland Chat online gave me their number to call. Checking to see if they have any information.
I just got through on the phone as I was typing this up. The CM said they should have given me a tracking number. And possibly to expect 8-10 days. And she gave me another number to call 877-560-6577. I'll see if that number has any information

Yeah, the shipping slip has a tracking number on it, so I'm surprised they didn't give you a copy of that. I remember my friend had some stuff shipped home from DL pre pandemic and it took like 2 weeks to arrive.
 

I paid to have some things shipped home on April 26 from Disneyana. I was not given a tracking number at that time because they said they have to send my stuff to the shipping department. I received emails from them on May 2 that they had shipped with UPS tracking numbers, and I got them yesterday on May 5. Not sure if that helps and maybe my timeline was faster than most but that was my recent experience.

I've tried every number on the receipt on the USPS and UPS sites. But nothing shows up as in the system. There is a 12 digit number and NT Ground. I wonder if that's the tracking number.

I called 877-560-6477, which is the Disneyland Return and Exchange phone number. They are looking for the tracking number in their system and will call me back with it ...... I'll let you know what they say.
 
Yeah they always kind of say it can take up to a week-3 weeks to get to you. I've lucked out and I've gotten it 5 days after I ordered it but my mom is still waiting on her item that she got last week.

They told us 15 days to arrive. It took 10 days to get from Anaheim to Utah.
