Shipping from resort

I asked this question but it got buried in the Christmas tree sharing thread. I will be the last person sharing a tree and need some guidance.

Can someone give me a suggestion on the best way to ship the tree back to the owner at the end? Do I work through the resort (VWL)? Or should I take it to a nearby UPS Store? I'm not trying to save the last nickel on shipping, but rather want to know the best way to make sure it gets back to its home in good condition.

I'm the last one with jimmytammy's tree and just got a PM this week letting me know to go to guest services and they'll help take care of the tree shipping from WL.

Starbox....thanks! I figured Guest Services could help but wasn't sure that it was something they regularly do. Looking forward to our Christmas trip at VWL (boy, is that an understatement or what?) and want to make sure we take care of magicalmcwho's tree!
