Shipping crockpot?

I bought a crockpot for $1 at a garage sale this past year. Thinking I might ship it down and just leave it after our vacation. We will be staying in the cabins, and flying. Do you send other things down? I think we would use the crockpot at least for a few meals. Thanks
we will not be renting a car and will use Garden Grocer or the other one.

Well, I for sure wouldn't if it's for 'saving' on a few meals. Shipping a heavy crockpot will take $$'s and negate the great price you paid for it! That's just me, though!

Agreed. An order from wal-Mart or Amazon with free shipping and some other food items and a new crock-pot could be cheaper. A basic crockpot is around $10.

Thanks for the replies. I wasn't thinking about it saving money, mostly just for the convenience and wholesome meals. Never thought of going to Amazon, might be a thought. Although I would worry it would not get there on time, have had problems with them on some things. How long will they hold a package for you at Ft. Wilderness?

Owners locker can store it (plus a bunch of other stuff in a large storage container...they send it to your FL destination via van)....not sure how often you travel to Disney.
