Shipping bottled water to resort. Shipping charges :-(

I find the Hess Station across from the Boardwalk much easier to get to. It is smaller than the other ones, but has the same stuff. Since it is a resort, it is a bit more challenging to get to if you're unfamiliar with the bus system.

At least it is on property, and only takes up some of your time vs paying for shipping.

We ordered over $45 of food from Walmart so shipping was free. Water we shipped from Staples and it was free shipping too with our Staples Rewards card. Even though we have a car, it is not worth the time/hassle to run out and buy groceries or water on vacation. Been there, done that. Shipping is easy and free!

No, sorry!

I ordered about 6 days prior to arrival. The items shipped from different locations and all but one box arrived within two days of ordering. The last box arrived on the day after we checked in (checked in on Sunday and it arrived on Monday). The resort was great about holding them for us.

Thank You

Some great tips. I bring our insulated Polar water bottles and fill them ice and water from the drink stations at AOA. We fill up when we leave for the parks and then when we get back in the evening. I pack bottles water in our rolling duffles. We also bring our own breakfast stuff and snacks. But we use the ddp also.

While I can see this option getting tedious for a whole family, this last trip I brought my 33oz watertight bottle and just got it refilled with water at CS throughout the day. At the bring stations at BOG you can even just fill it up yourself. :)

What is this handling fee?? We are staying at the Contemporary. So if I ship a box of snacks there, they'll charge me for that?? WHY???

Contemporary is a convention resort and the handling fee for boxes shipped to that resort will be $10.00. This fee is charged by the company that runs the business center at that resort. It is an outside company and it use to be run by Ikon Office Solutions but not sure what company has it now.

Do you have a Staples rewards card? You can order a case of water from staples.com for $6.99. With the card, shipping is free. (No minimum purchase required.)

This is what we have done in the past, and plan to do again this trip.

I haven't read through all of the other posts, but do you really need bottled water? If it's for a baby, I understand, but any place that offers a fountain drink throughout DW will give you a free cup of ice water if you ask. Just thought I would share. Hope that helps! :)

The only water that really grossed me out on Kurt last trip was a glass I asked for during breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. I could smell it before I ever lifted it to my face.
