Shipping baby supplies to hotel-anyone do this?

hello everyone!

in just 17 days our family will be at the WL. We are going with a 5 month old, and I was wondering if anyone has had success with shipping the baby supplies down beforehand? When should i ship the stuff down, a week before our arrival? A few days? Anyone know WHERE i ship the box to at the Wilderness lodge? Is there someone i should call first so they know to be on the lookout for something for a guest, or do I just put this info on the box? I don't really want to spend $$$ on supplies when i have a ton here....Shipping is not an issue either b/c we have a ups acct. for work. What about the supplies getting lost in the hotels system, has this ever happened? Thanks!!

We shipped down a couple of boxes last year to the BC with no problems. We used either fed ex or ups but I don't recall the price. I do remember that it wasn't expensive and I plan on doing it again for our upcoming trip. I would check with ups to see what they recommend for timing. I seem to remember that we shipped about 5 days prior to arrival and the box was waiting for us. The bellmen just brought it up to the room. Make sure you put your reservation number and date of check in on the box and you should be fine. Have a great trip.

When my guys were younger, I did ship ahead boxes. I sent diapers, swim diapers, sippy cups, snacks, etc. It really helped a lot to not have to pack or go shopping for that stuff
