Shipping a Package to a Resort

I'm also a huge Cardinals fan! My next games won't be until Cubs weekend July 23. I've got tickets for July 3, but I've got to go to my 25th class reunion instead. I'd almost rather go to the ballgame! How about Eckstein.

Okay, ya got me there...I assume he is a Cardinal player, but I am not a huge fan of baseball or many sports really...I do love a good fight...I mean hockey game. We are hoping to catch a game if we have hockey this year.

Yes, Eckstein is the Cardinals new shortstop.

Also, yes, we are the home to the famous Mansion. I worked there in high school. And we're also home to the infamous Sweetwater Saloon. I work there occasionally now to add to the Disney fund.

And just to stay on topic, the package that I shipped saved us a bundle in snacks. I also sent a coffee maker which saved me several steps to the food court in the morning for the stuff they call coffee. Before we checked out, I left it at the front desk for another DISer. I hope she got it.

Hi everyone!

I'm back. Our trip was great!


I definately think it was worth it to ship a package. We used everything that was in the package. having some of our everyday consumeables was nice. I sent:

ground coffee
disposeable coffee cups w/lids (coffee shop kind)
spray fans
Craisins
granola bars
bubble gum
mints
applesauce
pb**
jam**
"adult drinks" in plastic containers (saved us $$ at the resorts)
dixie cups
ziploc bags
inflatable pool toys

** I froze a loaf of our fav. whole wheat bread and packed it in a shoe box in my suitcase. I was great for PB&J sandwiches for the kidd-os.
