shipboard credit?

Because we're a DVC member, does that mean that we have to book our Med. cruise through MS? And by doing so, does that mean that we loose the option of the shipboard credits that many of the TA's are offering?

You lose out on any specials including room credits or if the price goes down later. You also lose out on the advanced booking discount in favor of the DVC contract price. And if you use points, you accept a lot of risk as well if you might have to cancel.
