ship docking time at the end of the cruise and changing dining time?

hi all

taking our first cruise post covid - does the ship still get into port at 8 am on the last day and how do i change my dining time? we got the second and REALLY prefer the first - have called and can't get thru(((

any help would be appreciated

They usually dock much earlier than that. On most cruises the ship is cleared for people to disembark by 7:30.

If you have put in a request and it has not been changed by the time you board, check the app for dining guest services. It is sometimes possible to change once you are onboard.

did you check the app to see if you can change it there? If there’s availability, you can switch it while in your reservation, you can also go on a waitlist now (but May have to call or use the contact us email link)

If you are sailing out of PC - you should be able to connect to the app while in the terminal. When we were there in January, dining services was available at 12:30 (and we were still stuck in the terminal) - so I was able to speak to them while still waiting to board about changing the dining time.
