Ship Boarding Times

I've read that the official boarding time on the 1st day of the cruise is 12:30 p.m., but I thought I've also read that some folks have boarded as early as 10:45 a.m. Do they typically allow cruisers to board the ship this early?

The official boarding time is 1:00 pm with the average actual boarding time being about 12:15 pm. I have never heard of boarding before noon.

According to past posts, they open the parking lot around 10:30AM

In 28 cruises, we've never boarded anywhere close to 10:45! The average is definitely 12:15...the earliest we've boarded is noon and the latest has been 1ish.
