Shift exchange...

Okay, so I know on many facebook pages, CM's are able to give up and take shifts. HOW?? Why is everyone so secretive about the process?

I have searched the HUB and found only how to add a shift, not to switch with a specific person. Any help is much appreciated.

It is not secretive. Go to schedule view. Click on the 3 lines on the left and pick request shift trade. From there you pick the shift you want to trade. Another window opens up and you can select trade for a shift or trade for off. Enter the person’s Perner or Hub ID and click search. Hopefully the person you want to trade with or give a shift to is eligible for it. It will let you know.

What joyjanet said. Open the schedule app on your cell phone and follow her directions. You must have the person's Hub id or perner to do the shift exchange or give away (if giving away, you are trading for off).
