pas That's great that the girls are onboard with WL :cool1:. Also, cute that they think the Poly was to save money :upsidedow

MM Yay for CRT! princess:

Need advice. Trying to get a bit of CL in for DH :snooty: They cost about the same.

Scenario 1)

12/30 - CR MKV CL
12/31-1/2 - CR Garden Wing (I think we could still use the lounge for fireworks on 12/31 if we did this, but maybe not since they start at midnight??)
1/2-1/7 - BC GV

or stick with what I have and who cares about CL?

Scenario 2)
12/30-1/2 - CR MKV
1/2- BC GV

Too much switching or good idea to get 1 night/2 days of CL?

I say go with scenario 2!!!

That's hilarious!!! I'm glad it ended up working out for you!

My girls are something else...and the tone of Maddie's voice...like DUH Mom :lmao:

I would stick with what you have...This way you'll have MKV the WHOLE time!!! Just get room service on NYE :thumbsup2

Yeah, I guess when I offered up 2 nights deluxe I never explained that it was OK to switch back to WL...:sad2: We had all 3 nights WL CL too...now the 13th is totally booked with the discounts except values

Hello to all! :grouphug:

Jeanette: You used Jedi-Mind Tricks on them, I know you did... :rotfl: I love it! I really really hope they dig WL as much as you and your hubs did. :cheer2:

Response to everyone to follow, just thought I give a quick hi as I wait for DS to get out of the tub. Long day but got a lot done. Tomorrow is more errands but also a mani/pedi for me :) packing will wait until tomorrow afternoon, have to get some me time in, especially since my nail woman is on vacation next week and I can't go into surgery with undone toes, LOL!!!

Okay. Nails, then packing, then vacation, (then the pesky surgery thing but with cute nails), then a quick recuperation whilst telling us about your vacation? Fess up, are you getting / did you get Mickey heads painted on your tootsies?

What a perfect place for your DD8 birthday! :goodvibes
We're skipping the dining plan also. Last few trips we didn't have set adrs every day and it was very relaxing.

Agreed! It's nice and relaxing just going with the flow and not worrying about ADRs. :thumbsup2

I'm in agreement with DznyCrzy11, I'd go for scenario 2 as well. :goodvibes

I know they will...despite their changing ways, they are easy going girlies...and love all things Disney...

As for my Jedi-Mind Tricks :lmao:...as far as HRH goes "The force is strong with this one" ;)

UGH!! I just did a big reply and it disappeared!:badpc: Mad!!

Anyhoo, Jeanette yay for WL!! Love that conversation with your DD's!

Marie: Glad you are feeling better and planning a trip for someone else! Sometimes that can be just as much of a fix as planning your own!::yes::

Miss: Love the Star Wars reference!!

Not much new...I did apply for the 'supply' lunch supervisor only on Tuesdays for now. That is the only day I am not working and DD3 doesn't have activities. She doesn't have kindergarden on Tuesdays but I can take her with me. It is going to take 4 weeks though just to get my updated police check back so who knows when this will start. :crazy2:

At least I feel better now, not just complaining all the time and trying instead to be part of a solution. Some of the ladies that are doing the job now are doing a very poor job, and for reasons I cannot talk about here. Too politically incorrect.

So...what else. My Dad had an MRI today for something unrelated to his incident on the weekend. He is very stressed out and not treating my mom very well these days. It is not fair to her. When she is having bowel issues, and cancer check ups and whatever else she never takes it out on him. Men...I don't know.:headache:

I am waiting to see if Airtran releases flights for May on Monday. I am hoping they come out with some super duper times and prices to help us make up our minds about this trip!! :scratchin:hyper: Also I need to book November too. Not having solid plans is hard!! I MISS DISNEY!!

Thats about it for now....Hugs to all!!:grouphug:

I was just wondering how you liked your phone. I'm due for a new phone. I've been looking at this one which is free or the GalaxyS III which of course is not free.

I love it!!!!! I've had it since earlier this year and highly recommend it. The GalaxyS III is also really nice. I typically keep a phone a year and want a new one so when the GalaxyS III came out I was really tempted to switch but once I reminded myself how much I like the GalaxyS II and that I haven't had it for a year yet I decided to drop that idea, lol. But yes, I really like the phone. How much more would you have to pay for the GalaxyS III?

I think 150.00. I think I'll go with the whats free. LOL. I know a few of the Docs I work with have gotten the Galaxy SIII and love it. My Samsung Epic has lasted 2 years. It was the top of the line when I bought it. I'm ready for something new. I can't believe I have kept a phone for 2 years without finding a way to destroy it. I didn't buy the insurance either. This phone has survived many trips to WDW.

Yes, time for something new!! If I were you I would stick with the free phone! There's bound to be a newer one coming out in the next year! :rotfl:

Sorry I haven't done any personal posts, just been tired and busy.

It's been years since we have been to the WL, DS is telling me it was 2006 but I don't remember having DD with us. Oh well at any rate it's been a while and the little ones don't remember it at all and are very excited!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!

Checked out of BWV after 4 wonderful days. Love the location with the access to so many great places to eat. Being able to walk to 2 parks makes it so easy. Spent one afternoon at the pool with DD telling us how much the clown creeped her out. Lots of fun at Epcot for F&W ..... yummy food. Also time in HS where our grandson works. TOT ..... love it!!

Checked into AKV and both DH and DD said how much they liked the room ..... much more than BWV. We have a great savanna view with so many animals! Can hardly wait for my morning coffee. Spent the afternoon at the pool which is my favorite one on property.

Tomorrow is breakfast at GF Cafe then MK and ending the day at Mona for dinner. Sounds good to me. Fantasyland has been having a soft openning of some of the new attractions. DD and our CM grandson were there for late night. Hope it is open when we are there tomorrow.

Typing this on my Kindle so that's enough for now. Hope all my RC family are having a good week with lots of changes!!!!! :rotfl2:

Checking in real quick from my hotel room in Vermont! I was here overnight for work and I'm looking forward to getting home and catching up!!

Will check in tonight!

If a AoA LM is available (doubtful) should we do a night there instead of Pop????? WWYD????

Hi Linda! Glad to hear you are having a wonderful time!! I was thinking for my next trip (DS Grad Trip 2014 with his DGF) that we might do the BWI DLX room for the sleeping all of us (DH/ if he comes, and I in one Queen bed, DS in another and DS GF in the sofa bed) -- however, we also all ADORE AKL, albeit, we usually stay at Jambo house in Club Level.....however -- I am open to perhaps trying Kidani in a Villa, what would you recommend?? one bdrm/ or 2 bdrm??? are they cost affordable? remember I am used to paying for club level, so higher end deluxe cost is not foreign to me -- I know I won't be able to have club level if I go to Kidani, perhaps that would be a good time to try Deluxe Dining....we've always wanted to, but with club level, it's way too much food! I'd love to hear your thoughts! I was also thinking about WL Deluxe room/ Club Level. but AKL is my favourite resort overall, I just love it there. Would you recommend WL, BWI DLX or going for a larger unit at Kidani?? Enjoy your day! :)

GG - what did you think of the BWV rooms? I have been checking out the thread and it looks like the BWI rooms are updated but the villas are not. We are planning BW for our adults only trip next year. It will be 3 couples total. I think we all want separate rooms (after all, isn't that the point of an adult trip? ;) ) BUT, I started pricing them and whew, they are high! So, then I thought, well, would we want to share? One of the couples is DVC so I started looking at the villas but they look to not be as nice as the rooms. Thoughts?

So Pas changed to WL! But I say it's not over yet! I'm in Poly world right now, since I love it, we'll be there in 99 days and our two older boys have now ranked it their favorite! But we always have love for WL . . .
