Quick hello to all of you! About to go off and get tortured this morning.

Thanks to everyone chiming in on how great the Osborne Lights are... I knew you all would have insight! We're definitely changing our touring plan to go and see them. Fantasmic and the Lights all in one night! (We never did get to see Fantasmic in September. It was a theme, wasn't it Jen?)

Melissa: Thanks soooo much for the pin-hunt offer. Can't think of anything but I surely appreciate it! Did you enjoy that adult bevvie last night?

Candace: I'm probably a bad judge of these things but I could barely tell the difference between Poly and BC. After living in Europe, anything bigger than a shoebox is HUGE to me anyway.

Thank you for your kind words, life is full of ups and downs and my motto is "It is what it is". I was just as the Fresh Market and the man at the fish counter said my smile just woke him up and made his day Little does he know I already had my moment of tears this morning. Don't get me wrong I definitely have my woe is me days where it takes all I have to put on a pair of clean sweats and hair into a ponytail, but no matter what my day brings, I am thankful that my family is here and healthy

No aftershocks!!!!! Thank God!!! But, I am contemplating a change....I really wanted YC - my only option is CL.

A friend just got back from an 11 night extravaganza, with first 4 nights at BC, then Disney Dream, then last 3 nights YC - they LOVED YC!!! I know I would too...but enough to book the CL room....uggghhh.....

awww, Thanks my friend! I missed you all too! I am happy to have some future plans to look forward to, yes -- 2 yrs is a long time, but you know what? It just seems like yesterday that I was on my first trip (Jan 2008) and almost 5 yrs have past in the blink of an eye!!! I am happy to know that I WILL get back to WDW, my trips may have changed with older kids and perhaps just DH and I, or future girls/Dis Friends --but a good time can still be had! I will keep myself open to the change and try to find the silver lining in it all!

I am crazily trying to help my British Cousin plan his first-timer trip -- money is not an option for him, he is a single dad and wants to give his 3 boys a great experience (I began by looking at Club Level option at AKL for his trip) But , you can't book the CL option online, you have to call, and it's really impossible to get through to the International CRO from Canada -- I tried this AM and either I was dialing wrong, or I couldn't connect.
To make a long story short, my cousin wrote me back and told me not to worry about trying to get him a Club Level quote. He is fine with paying for the Arusha Sanvanah, bunk bed room with the DELUXE dining plan upgrade (he can get free dining during his dates May 19 - May 30, 2013) So Deluxe Dining will cover him for some great dining experiences and more than enough snacks for his crew! I look forward to being able to help him plan his ADR's and park days -- there is so much information to give a newbie, I am sure I've completely overwhelmed him, LOL. He won't be booking until he gets back from his week in India for work/ then he's gone to Turkey for a week holiday with his boys!. I'm not much with international exchange, but I quoted him a package with free dining / upgrade to deluxe, Animal Kingdom Lodge Arusha View Bunk bed room, and the British have an amazing offer of 14 day tickets that include everything (park hoppers, golf, DQ, waterparks) for a 7 day ticket price right now!!! the total was $5,215.65 british pounds.
My cousin didn't blink an eye at the price and said whatever it costs within reason he's fine with! -- I think AKL is a great first time resort, it's one of our favourites and it will offer him a uniqiue and beautiful resort experience!

I'm busy with full time work right now, so that's keeping my mind busy. I would love to share some of my pics with you all -- especially my terrified parasailing one, LOL -- but I don't know how to post pics to here. If anyone has a quick "how to" tutorial for me, that's not too complicated -- as I'm not very technically sauvy -- then I'd love to hear it!!

Jeanette, I think you hit the nail on the head -- BWI DLX CL it will have to be for my next trip, as it was definitely going to be my resort of choice this trip, but got changed! I think it will fit our needs especially with DS's GF joining us. I don't want those two sharing a bed no matter how grown up they think they'll be at 18!!! I am thinking I can probably get DH to join us too, as my travel partner! we shall see how it goes, but I am pretty sure I'll be up to BWI DLX room this time!

Well, must get back to work, lunch is over. I think of you all often and am still here with you all!!! I'll be living vicariously through you all for the next 2 yrs until I can be planning my own trip back!

Response to everyone to follow, just thought I give a quick hi as I wait for DS to get out of the tub. Long day but got a lot done. Tomorrow is more errands but also a mani/pedi for me packing will wait until tomorrow afternoon, have to get some me time in, especially since my nail woman is on vacation next week and I can't go into surgery with undone toes, LOL!!!

We're skipping the dining plan also. Last few trips we didn't have set adrs every day and it was very relaxing.

So after all my worries about the girls approving of a change to WL....I figured I'd share a conversation we all had at the Frozen yogurt place after the Eye Doctors....

Me: So ladies, we should visit the Wilderness Lodge when we are there, Mommy's friends say the Christmas decorations are so pretty!

HRH: No way

Me: Why not? We don't have to stay there...but I want to see it.

HRH: YOU said we can't stay there, I WANTED to stay there, YOU said we need to save money, that's why I picked the Polynesian

Now I remember the conversation about switching to Pop

Me: OK, fair enough, Are you saying you want to stay at Wilderness Lodge instead of the Polynesian?

HRH: That's what I said...

Me: Time for a vote.....stay at the Polynesian or change to Wilderness Lodge???

All three girls: WILDERNESS LODGE!!!!!

HRH: With the snack room!

Me: Of course, Princess, you will all love it there!

Me: So should we go early in the morning for breakfast or stay at Pop and have Mickey waffles?

All 3: Snack room for breakfast!

Kate: Mommy you know I always sleep late, please wake me up.

Me: Of course, baby, I will never leave you behind...

My DH gets so frustrated with ADRS, he wants to go and do whatever, when he wants...it is helpful that he prefers CS to sitdowns (except Breakfast Buffets with Mickey Waffles of course)

Need advice. Trying to get a bit of CL in for DH They cost about the same.

Scenario 1)

12/30 - CR MKV CL
12/31-1/2 - CR Garden Wing (I think we could still use the lounge for fireworks on 12/31 if we did this, but maybe not since they start at midnight??)
1/2-1/7 - BC GV

or stick with what I have and who cares about CL?

Scenario 2)
12/30-1/2 - CR MKV
1/2- BC GV

Too much switching or good idea to get 1 night/2 days of CL?
