Crap! It's only $300 more for a room at the Poly during our stay! My kids loved the Poly when we went over for O'hana last trip! Oldest dd really wants to stay there. But I really want to walk to Epcot this trip! Why did I go look???

I am telling myself that $300 is for our MNSSHP tickets!

Oooh dilemma!! I vote.....POLY!! Yes I know shocking. I am all about what the kids want...we were going to do POR this trip until our DD's started talking about the Polynesian all the time and how much they loved it. They would 'play' Polynesian with their toys, put up Polynesian posters....you get the idea. And they don't even know we are going back.

But walking to Epcot sounds soooo convenient too. Oh...maybe ask DH what he thinks? But don't skip the Halloween party!

Along the lines of "playing" Polynesian....my DD's have a new game....they pretend they are working in the CRO!!!!

I'm not even joking...I overheard them one day and one of them was on the computer "typing" while the other one was making reservations...DD8 was all "Yes, Wilderness Lodge, 7th floor, close to the cookies please"....

They are too funny!!! I think they've heard mommy do this one too many times!!!

jenny, did I read correctly that your girls don't know about the trip? How the heck have you pulled that one off? When are you going to tell them, or make them guess at the airport? I am so excited to meet you, NEXT MONTH!

sjs, I am no help, I just hate giving airlines more money It's funny though about resort preferences, I am just not a huge Poly fan. We stayed there last year, I love the ambiance,WISHES from the beach, but didn't care for the KKC. We are staying CL BC next month, more my family's preference. That's just it, is a preference. Maybe part of my Poly issue, is it is right next to my beloved GF!!!

KOOK, freshman orientation, a good reason to cut the trip short a day. How exciting for your daughter, is she looking forward to high school?

PAS, 1 day to WDW, 2 days until you see Dani!!! excited yet?

Basketlacey: Can I be the another dissenting RCer along with JC? I adore the BC and Stormalong Bay. Walking to Epcot. Walking to DHS and strolling along the Boardwalk at night. $300 for the party tickets! Keep in mind, that fancy monorail won't get ya back to the Poly after the Halloween party. *runs and hides before the Poly folks start throwing things* Don't hurt me, don't hurt me. Honestly, there's just one thing that makes the BC fail in my eyes... no Lapu Lapus.
