Hello! I am Robin and I have loved this show since it's debut and I would love to have a thread where us fans can chat about their favorite characters, episodes, etc. and share updates about the cast, or shows that are going to be on t.v. That reminds me it used to be on Lifetime at 6 in the morning, is it on at all anymore?

Updates:
The Nanny Season Three DVD is being released in the U.S. sometime in March, so buy it so they can release the rest! I have the first two box sets:)
Niles(Daniel Davis) to star in King Leir (SP?)

I LOVE The Nanny as well !!!

For a LONG time I watched it every night on Lifetime at 2am (Last thing before "lights out")

I liked Fran's mom. I grew up in NJ, right outside NYC, and she reminded me of so many of my friends' mothers. (I had plenty of Jewish friends)

And Niles. His dry humor always cracked me up!

I loved this show. I think I proably watched every episode when it was originally on and I watched them over and over when they were on Lifetime. I sure do miss it being on. I will have to keep looking to find the boxed sets, I don't see them much around here and last time I did, they were quite expensive.

I think I love all of the characters, but Fran and Niles were by far my favorite. CC was a hoot when Niles was picking on her.

BTW, I always thought Fran reminded me, looks wise to my favorite aunt.

I watched it during it's original run and then on lifetime. I am defintely going to be on the lookout for the boxed sets.

I loved this show too. Watched it during its first run and watched repeats on Lifetime. Haven't seen it anywhere in awhile. Is it syndicated on any station at this point?

I always thought Niles and CiCi could do a great spinoff.

I watched casually when it was on its first run and really liked it. Last year I started TiVoing it when it started running on TVtropolis (in Canada), and watched it pretty much straight through to the end of the second last season. Just a week or so ago they started running the last season though, and I've seen none of those so it's been a lot of fun!

Niles is definitely the best!

I am wondering that as well, if it is on any other station. I am glad to have found some folks who love the nanny as well. I got the box sets for Christmas I don't think that they were to bad price wise around 15 for the first set on amazon. Do any of you know a good website for pictures from the nanny? I have been looking but most are poor quality... I think that is funny how long I stuck with the show just for max and fran to get married:)

King Lear. Shakespeare. Well worth a read. :)

I liked The Nanny. It was a well-done show...that fell apart toward the end, like so many do.

How exciting!!! I never knew that ben(Brighton
) worked there! Does anyone know how old each of the cast is?

I have just found the Nanny back on tv. It is on Nick at Night at 11pm and 4am. I found it on the other morning when I couldn't sleep at 4am and I knew it would have to be on earlier and I found it on tonight at 11pm.

I watch The Nanny most nights before I go to sleep. It's still one of my favorites.

Oh I am so glad they brought the show back to Nick at Night! I watch it every night, though I wish they were in order. I managed to get all of the seasons off the internet since I haven't heard when the fourth box set is being released. :)
