Is there a new phase going up at this resort??? A new pool area? Restaurant? I haven't stayed at this resort since 2004. What kind of activities do they have? DJ? Karoake? Pool activities? Any info would be great.

Bumping in hopes someone else chimes in.

We are booked to arrive in 2 weeks and I have spoken with the Manager of the resort and we are booked in a 2 bedroom in the newest section "St Augustine" which evidently has a brand new pool with priate ship interative water area, poolwside bar and food bar. I haven't found any photos of it but sounds very nice. It just opened this month.

That sounds like a great part of the resort! We just got a 1 bedroom condo on hotwire for 69 a night and we are super excited seeing that it is better looking than the Regal which we had booked but after reading bad reviews canceled. I am so happy I saw this on Hotwire today!

We are owners at the Villages/Bella section. We're going to the resort in August. I requested a room in the new section. I was told that they would put in my request, but the availability is limited. Not to many rooms in the new section.

I think I saw some online when I put the building and resort into info but I can't remember which photo site it was in. I would call the sales team manager tell them you are interested in owning and want to see pics of the new section. Set up a bogus account although I doubt they will spam you. Otherwise you will probably just have to be surprised. Lucky you getting into the newest part though
