sheraton vistana resort

I am traveling to orlando in september and we are staying at the sheraton vistana resort. I booked my vacation thru expedia.com. Can I still request a certain section at the resort? If so how do I do this? Thank you!

Probably not earlier than a week prior to arrival. I think 3-5 days prior to check-in is a good guage.
