Sheraton Vistana Resort/Villages

Hi all,

I have been researching the Resorts and the Villages. Has anyone stayed in the 1 bedrooms in these locations? Per the descriptions it seems there are no ovens. Is this true? Only range top?

For the most part that's true. However, there is a class of one bedroom premium villas at both Sheraton Vistana Resort and Sheraton Vistana Villages that have a full kitchen set up including ovens. They're in Cascades and Lakes at SVR and in all four phases at SVV.

We have stayed at Vistana Villages and loved it! When you say all four phases there, does that mean all 1 bedrooms have full kitchens?

All 1BR units at SVR have full ranges. Our DSIL stayed in the smallest Cascades unit 2 years ago. Although the kitchen is very compact and has apartment sized fridge and stove, there is an oven (and a dishwasher too). Just don't plan to cook a 10lb. turkey in it. It is actually quite ingenious how they manage to fit all that into such a compact space!

** Correction - a little more fact checking and the smaller 1BR units in SVR Lakes section only show a cooktop. I had always assumed that the units in Lakes were the same as Cascades **

For SVV, I can see from the online photos that some do have ranges, and some (Key West phase) show only a cooktop.

We have stayed at Vistana Villages and loved it! When you say all four phases there, does that mean all 1 bedrooms have full kitchens?

The four phases are the Amelia, Bella Florida, Key West and St. Augustine sections of the resort (having been built out over a few years, one phase at a time). There are two different sizes of 1 bedroom villas - the largest of these are the so-called premium villas and those are the ones that have full kitchens. The smaller, lock-off 1 bedroom villas only have the cooktops.
