Sheraton Vistana Resort Question

So I called RCI today to find out what section we are in and was told Fountains room 1567. Is fountains a renovated area? Is 1567 a ground room floor? We are not going until the end of April and I already signed up with the diamond lane and requested a renovated area on the 1st floor. Does anyone know?

I made my exchange last night at midnight & the initial email receipt of exchange listed unit #1412. Anyone know what section this is in??

The actual confirmation certificate doesn't have a unit number listed.

I just called Sheraton Vistana Resort and they told me 1412 is in Fountains & has been renovated. I asked if I would be placed in that unit and she said probably, but I could be moved. She said that if I request to be placed there I probably would be. As clear as mud!

From what I understand all of the Fountains units have been renovated. Don't know about which floor...

Could someone tell me what a lockoff unit at the Vistana looks like? We have spend 8 weeks at the Vistana in the past and have yet to see a lockout. We are traveling with my parents this April and would love to have the extra room. I might even consider paying an upgrade fee if it's possible.

Basically in the lock-off unit you get one bedroom with two beds, plus a "mini" living room witha pull-out couch, a "mini" dining area, and a "mini" kitchen.
