Sheraton Vistana Resort - elevators

I read somewhere ( can't remember where...) that only 2 of the buildings at Sheraton Vistana Resort have elevators even though some buildings have 4 stories. We will be there next month with my 81 year old mother who is unable to climb stairs. Which building(s) should I request to accomodate my mother? thanks

It's two of the "sections"......not "buildings". The sections with elevators (and they each have several buildings) are : Cascades and Lakes.

If you don't get an elevator section, just request "ground" floor for "medical reasons". In fact, put your requests in for the elevator or ground floor here :

Also, just an "fyi"......the remaining sections and building with no elevators are either 2 or 3 stories high. Only the elevator buildings are 4-5 stories high. Hope this helps ! Have a nice trip.
