They would not give me a room number, saying that I would get our unit assignment when we check in.

You're right....regardless of whether or not you have a room number on your reservation, Vistana reserves the right to change this at check-in. All you need for the Diamond Lane is your reservation number.

I called diamond lane a few times, and spoke to them about my reservation, but they never sent me an email. Am I registered?

My email diamond lane acknowledgement came today. It took 4-5 days.

Lovdisney14.....how long ago did you fill out the form ? If it's been more than 7 days, give them a call and see if they have a record of it. If they don't....I'd go and fill out another one.

I filled out my Diamond Lane form on July 3rd and got a reply yesterday. Last year I never got an email response (didn't even know people here did!) and still got my requests honored. I would def. let them know you're arriving late, even though the DL line will be closed when you get there. Have a magical time!
