Sheraton Universal - Any reviews?

Anyone stay at the Sheraton Universal? Reading some mixed reviews so wondering if anyone has been there.

I will be staying at Sheraton for 2 nights in less than 3 weeks.

Just a little concerned about the steep walk up and down the hill to Universal. I read their tram stops running early.

Is there any grocery store nearby(walkable) for water/gatorade/soda?

wow, this thread was bit old, totally forgot I posted it. We are going to stay at the Hilton Universal rather than the Sheraton due to the reviews on tripadvisor.
