Sheraton Safari Or Holiday Inn Express

Hey!
Here's the question. We could stay at the Sheraton Safari and save some money on points or go to the Holiday Inn Express Lake Buena Vista for a very good rate. I have been concerned by the reviews on Trip Advisor and here about the Safari, however, people rave about the Holiday Inn Express. They both have similar offerings, but the HI has free breakfast. The hotel is important to us and this is the first time off site for us so we're pretty nervous. What do ya'll think?

the Sheraton Safari allows pets. Some people are insulted by this.

and pets at time do smell.

but the SS is much closer to DD and WDW than the HIE.
