Sheraton Park vs. Anaheim

For our upcoming trip, we are debating on whether to stay in Sheraton Park or Sheraton Anaheim. What are the pros and cons of each?

Specifically here are the questions that I have regarding both hotels:
How long is the walk to Disneyland?
How about Downtown Disney?
What is there around the hotels (restaurants, stores, etc.)?
How is the shuttle service to Disney?
We will have a car, so are parking rates about the same?
Which rooms are better?

Sorry for all the questions, but we have no clue which Sheraton to stay at. Thanks!

I haven't stayed at either hotel but I chose the Anaheim Sheraton over the Park based on Trip advisor reviews and the fact that I have Starwood points and can stay two nights at the AS for free. The AS seems to be the nicer, cleaner hotel. The AS does have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Not sure about parking as I've decided not to rent as the fees are ridiculous. But I have friends and family who can pick me up and take me to the beach if we need a fix.

We also have Starwood points and are using them for a 1 night stay at the Anaheim Sheraton in May (1st 5 nights will be at GCH) and at the Sheraton Park for 3 nights for a trip in Aug.

I chose Anaheim Sheraton for our 1st trip because it has it's own private shuttle (as I understand) and thought that would be more convenient for a transfer from the Grand and a 1 night stay. Also thought my DD would love the castle theme. I chose Anaheim Sheraton for our Aug stay as it's near the Anaheim Garden Walk and I figure we might want to walk around or eat there in Aug when parks are more crowded and the weather is warmer.

We are then going back in Dec and the best of the 2 will be the winner for that trip!
