anyone stayed here? what places are there to eat at the hotel or around it?

anyone have any info on it

I believe this hotel has three restaurants. A Steakhouse, a BBQ joint, and a cafe type restaurant.

We stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel in December and they have 3 resaurants and a little store that does Pizza and stuff as well. The cafe is only open for breakfast and lunch they close before the big dinner rush which then causes you to go to either to Mortons (the stakehouse) we never did to expensive or the the Barbeque place (can't remember name) it has a mix of barbeque and Mexican food not bad and not to expensive. We ate there twice. The hotel it self was great the pool was nice and because we found it more of a business hotel it was really quiet. Most times during the day we were the only ones in the pool but then again we are crazy Canadians so we swim in any weather. Plus we asked for a Diseny view room and I was able to watch the fire works from my bed or balconey.

could you walk to Disneyland from the hotel? how close was it to the park or actually downtown disney? I've only been to Disney World, but I like to walk places rather then taking a bus or car or whatever. so just interested in knowing that

Yes, you can walk. It is about 10-15 minutes. They are also on the ART Route, we usually do that because walking the parks all day is all my feet can handle.;) It is one of the nicer hotels not onsite. And the Disney view rooms are indeed awesome. The view of DCA while on your balcony is quite nice. Add to that the Sheraton sweet sleeper beds and the large rooms, you will enjoy it. We had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel and it was good. Kind of like a Denny's, but a notch above. My pet peeve about this hotel is the $14 per day per car charge. We are local and usually have two cars. $28 per day extra adds up quick.
