Shave and a haircut?

DH, as you can see from my avitar shaves his head. He was asking me this morning if he could get his whole head including face shaved at the harmony barbershop.

Anyone know?

No the aren't licensed as barbers that can do shaves (my hubby asked) so they can't shave with a razor.
