We are bringing meds (iv's for night and daily injections) and I am wondering about how to dispose of Sharp's at the end or during our stay. We are flying and I didn't wanna pack a large sharp container if I can get away without one...not sure if anyone has had this experience?

When I travel, I bring my pen needles back in an empty water bottle, then drop them into my sharps container when I get home. If you are using full needles, and syringes, there is a clipper you can use that cuts the needle end off, then stores that in the clipper. I can't paste a link (due to my newbieness), but I searched amazon for syringe needle clipper, and a bunch of them came up to choose from.

Disney hotels (not sure about others) will provide a sharps container for you. You just have to ask for one! And while in the parks, you can find them at First Aid and they've been popping up in some of the restrooms.

I've never stayed in a hotel (even in a different city) that wouldn't provide a container. Sometimes you can ask at the front desk--sometimes you have to talk directly with housekeeping.

Housekeeping at WDW will provide sharps containers on request, as the other posters mentioned.
Most hotels will because they need to protect their staff.

They have always had them in First Aid, but as was posted, you can find them in most WDW restrooms too!

I was totally expecting the sharps container from Mousekeeping to have ears, or at least a picture of Jiminy Cricket on it! I was a little disappointed that it was just a plain container! :)
