Sharpie?????

I need some quick help. Leaving tomorrow. The only thing I need to still buy is a sharpie marker for autograph books. I went to the store the other day and got a little overwhelmed. There were so many different kinds of sharpies I didn't know which one to buy! Some have a fine tip, some have the thick tip, yada, yada, yada. Anyone have a link to the best kind to get for autograph books.

BTW-I made my ds's autograph book so won't be purchasing the kind that comes with a pen at WDW.

We love the retractible tip ones. You can't lose the cap, they come in all the great Sharpie colors, they have a slightly broader tip, and they are slightly fatter than the regular Sharpies. This makes it easier for the characters with gloves or thick hand mitts as part of their costumes to sign.

We use the same. Tigger clicked it open on my DS head!

I read some where on the boards that WDW wants you to bring a black pen/sharpie. Something about black is easier to get off the costume. The clicky ones are the best for character because their hands are covered. I also like the ones that have clipy thing on them so you can clip them on a bag or belt loop so you aren't searching for them.

The other important thing to remember is that many of the characters are wearing oversized gloves so a thicker pen is easier for them to grip. And get a retractable otherwise you will be messing around taking a cap on and off all the time.
