Sharks Underwater Grill

We want to make a priority seating dinner ressie at Sharks for our trip in Dec and the whole month is still grayed out but I noticed that the Dine with Shamu is all open for that month. Does anyone have an idea as to what is going on?

If you don't manage to book via PP's link, just call them direct. I called them to find out when I could make my Beluga Whale Interaction reservation as it was greyed out and they said they can do it over phone if it's greyed out. Maybe dining is the same??
