Looking for reviews and best price!! I really got hooked on the infomercial:upsidedow and would like to get one but $100 seems steep:eek:

THanks!!

That's on my Christmas list! Bed Bath and Beyond has the Pocket for $119.98 and the regular for $99.00 with the 20% off coupon, that brings them down. Sam's Club has it for $99.00 and that's the cheapest I've seen them.

We don't have a Costco or bed, Bath & beyond but I will check my Sam's club. Online they are 99.00 but I was being cheap;)

59.35 at kohls if you use your Kohls charge and Kohls codes posted here on this board for 30% off and free shipping

This must be one heck of an infomercial-everyone I know is talking about these steam mops. Whats the thing thats making everyone want one?-I havent seen it. Just how clean your floors get? Just wondering if I need to jump on the bandwagon....

I live in base housing and we have ALOT of carpet:headache: so the steam mop is out for me but I was looking at the pocet steamer because chemical cleaners are really getting to my skin lately.
Thanks for the heads up for Khols! I don't have a card with them but 30% off is still pretty good!:yay:

I don't know what the deal is with them either, but I work at bed bath and beyond and those things FLY out the door.

The Pocket is more, since the retail on that is $125.99 at Kohls. Even the cheaper one is more than $53.35, how do you get that price?

Has anyone here actually used one? I bought the shark steam mop from Kohls last month and it works really well. In fact, after having watched the infomercial, I decided to try this on our windows, and it worked great. So, I am curious if anyone has actually tried the pocket version.

I have the H20 steam cleaner, and it is the best cleaning tool I have ever owned. When I was moving out of my house, I used it on everything including walls ,floors, basement concrete floor, windows, cabinets, furniture, bathroom tub, you name it. I had to stand on a chair to use it for some of these jobs because you can't turn it upside down.

It was a miracle. You could visibly see the difference between the area you cleaned and the area next to it.

I am a smoker, and it took the smoke film off walls like nobodys business. I used it to steam clean the mattresses as well, because the people renting my house wanted to keep the mattresses.

Nothing works like this thing. Not the magic eraser, not Awesome cleaner
(which is really good tho), not the swiffer wet jet, not baking soda, not vinegar.

And it just uses water. No chemicals.

Wonderful. The people I rented my house to said they had never seen such a clean house.

I purchased one of these and love it. I'm online looking for 2 more for Christmas gifts for my parents and in-laws. I bought the steam mop first and loved it. I didn't see the informercial until after I bought it at Target the other day. I saw the shark name and stopped to read it and it was like it was made with me in mind. This item is so worth the cost. I'm hoping someone has it on sale for Monday's online sales.

I just bought the Bissell version from Walmart on Friday for $69. I hope it is as good as the others. We are laying 800 square feet of hardwood flooring as I type. We are replacing all the carpeting in the lower level of our house. The steam mop hasn't come in yet but I'm looking forward to trying it on the new floors!

I don't know what the deal is with them either, but I work at bed bath and beyond and those things FLY out the door.

I have tile floors. Whenever I used a swiffer the floor always felt sticky even an hour after I mopped. With the steamer they felt clean - not sticky. They look great too.

What's the difference between the regular one and pocket? The pocket on is quite more expensive. What's the benefit of the pocket?
Walmart has the regular one on sale this weekend for 59.00.

"Pocket mop" sounds like it is the smaller version. I'm confused at this because I just bought one for the wife for Christmas (I know, doesn't sound like a very "personal" gift for the wife, but we usually buy necessary things for each other rather than personal stuff. The big money goes towards the kids...)

I don't know which one I bought. All I know is K-mart had one for (guessing) $79 or something and I bought the one for $119. It has the triangle head and was larger.

Glad to see many folks saying it is great.

I guess I am going to have to buy some more. She is buying me a $600 snowblower, LOL. Again, it is something we were going to buy anyways after Christmas (tired of shovelling by the road for 5 hours just to have the plowtruck come and load it back up again as soon as I am done...) Lowes is giving their employees 20% off next week, so this is why she is getting the snowblower for me for Christmas rather than waiting until after Christmas.

I agree with this! The only thing is I find the Shark harder to push.

The regular shark and the pocket shark are mop like in shape. You can use these to steam mop the floor.

The portable pocket looks more like a dustbuster with a hose attached and a head on the end of the hose with a cloth thing on it. You can use this to clean your sinks, walls, showers, etc.
