Shark Fishing/ Deep sea fishing?

My husband is desperate to do some shark,or big fish, or tuna etc fishing while we're over in Kissimee in July, but we have a 4 yr old. Can anyone suggest anything that we can go on which is either short, or includes lunch etc so my 4yr old wont be bored - or does anyone think it may not be a good idea for me and my daughter to go? Want it to be a fun day or half day for her 2.

I don't know about the fishing excursion. I wouldn't think that would be very fun for a 4yr old, but that is jmho. You might be interested in doing one of the Grand Adventures for Kids for her instead, ie. Pirate Adventure or the Wonderland Tea Party. Just a thought.
