Sharing Unused Tickets?

We have unused tickets from a package holiday (have our surname on details on back of ticket).

Apparently terms and conditions state not transferable.....but that seems a waste?

We have a friend who could use them for one day before they run out.

Has anyone ever done this before? I've seen a lot unused tickets advertised on ebay....presumably these are the same?

They could try it the worse that will happen is theyll have to buy a ticket there but whenever ive used the tickets they never check the name just put them thro the machine and let us in

I can see no reason whatsoever for your friends not using them, occasionally the CM has taken our tickets and put them in the machine for us, but never once have I seen them check names, as I'm always the ticket carrier, I just hand them over randomly to the family, so it's unlikely we've always/ever got the right ticket for the right person
