Hi,

Has anyone had any issues lately when sharing TS credits on the DDP? Ie. using 1 credit and sharing an appetizer, main course and dessert or 2 credits sharing at a signature restaurant. (Obviously, not at a buffet)

Any changes in policy?

Thanks in advance,

Lisa

My mom and I shared in October. One of us would get a salad OOP then we split the entree and dessert. We always tipped extra also since we were splitting. I am also intending to split on our upcoming March trip. My DH and 2 DD's will be going this time. I am going to let them order, then I will order a soup or salad and just share off of their entrees and desserts.

There was an email note from customer service that someone quoted on an earlier thread that said sharing DDP meals wasn't allowed.

I remember that thread, too. The DDP is a good deal as it stands for the average consumer. If it's not a good deal for some people without sharing then maybe it's not a good for that particular group and they should pay OOP.

Thanks so much for that information. That's actually the kind of information that I'm looking for. I want to share some meals, as I do in everyday life, but don't want to if it is against policy. Maybe we could still share and knock off 2 credits anyway. I shared on the free DDP and still ended up with extra TSs anyway. Cause my post is about policy not about making the DDP a better deal. So thanks again for that pertinent information.

Thanks for your thoughts on my vacation options. Interesting.
