Sharing memory maker question

Sorry if this has been asked a million times, but after searching the forum I am still not 1000% clear. Can we share memory maker with others on the trip? We have 3 separate reservations, going all together. And yes we are all "friends and family" through MDE.

From my understanding, one person is the "owner." Then what if we are all NOT together, people going off our own way through the day, will ALL the people's pictures show up somehow on memory maker, or does the owner have to be there to scan their band..?

And- will only one person be able to download all the pics to their computer? Or is it possible more than one person have access to download all the pics. I am just wanting to make sure, in case the "owner" doesn't get around to downloading all the pics on time. I want to make sure someone else has a way to save all the pics, also.

We had 4 people (2 seperate reservations) We all split the cost but since I bought it under my name it had to be downloaded from my account. My friend brought her laptop and downloaded the photos and put them on memory stick. Since our reservations were linked every picture that was scanned on any of our bands was added to the memory maker.

So technically, whoever owns it, could log into the pics from someone else's laptop, and then that person could download all the pics? I am thinking this would be possible from what you're saying, so each person could download all the pics themselves, and not have to deal with thumb drives at all, right? Or, can you only "download" any picture once..?

As long as you are all linked all the photos will show up, even if the group splits up. When it is time to download, only the person who bought or is assigned the MM can view and download pics. Not a big deal, you can always download the pics and save them to memory cards or sticks and give them to the others. Or you could give them your log in info so they could view and edit as well. We had 6 on a trip with 3 reservations and I just edited and downloaded the pics and I saved them on memory sticks for each couple.

yes - they can be downloaded any amount of times as long as the "buyer" uses their login and password. I was able to download them all on my home computer when I came back as well

I'm looking for a bit of clarification. Is it enough to just to have everyone on my friends and family list to share memory maker, or do I need to link everyone's resort reservation to my account? We have 4 families traveling down. Thanks!

Any one who is listed on your friends and family, and is set to share pictures, will have their pictures show up in your Photopass. They can be traveling at different times. My parents went down a few months ago, and all their pictures showed up in my account. Any picture that is not expired that shows in your account can be downloaded using Memory Maker.
