My DH is going to be with us for part of the vacation so I am not putting him on the reservation because my DD and I are doing the DxDDP. I was planing on using the credits for 2 meals at Le Cellier. Can I do this? My other option is to just order one meal with a lobster tail add on and share it with him.

If your room key states 1 adult 1 child you will not be able to do this. Also keep in mind if DH is not on the reservation, you can not do EMH together.

Hi: If there are three of us on the room key for dining credits, but dd and I want to share a ts meal, not a buffet can we use two credits instead of three?

Thanks,

Deb.

Yes, you can do this! We did this at Le Cellier a couple of weeks ago. I did not put dh on our second week reservation because he was only there for the first night of that reservation. We ate at Le Cellier and our key stated 3 Adults on the DDP (myself and my 2 kids), but there were 4 of us eating. Before we ordered I explained to the server that my dh was not on the DDP because he was leaving that evening. The server told me we could use as many credits as we like, even though our card said 3 Adults. So we each ordered a meal and we used 4 credits.

I have a similar question. If I get a Dxddp and I want to shrare/give my appetizer to my 10 yr old as an entree instead of using one of his credits, can I do that?

Do Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace take more then one dining credit? I thought the Palace was the only restaurant that did. I may have to cancel some of my reservations. Also, is Garden Grille at Epcot on the regular dining plan? When I made reservations they didn't say it wasn't but I read on these boards that a lot of Epcot restaurants aren't.

Then you received some Disney magic as almost all servers will not do this anymore.

I guess it won't hurt to ask if they say no we can just share. His not being on the ticket won't affect EMH he is coming home on leave from Iraq and wanted to go to Disney but isn't planing on doing a lot of park stuff. He wants the pool and TV and some rest oh yes....and food! His sister lives in Florida so he is taking half of the time we are at Disney to go see her which is why I am not putting him on the reservation, I can't see paying for a dining plan which we won't even come close to using.

Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace are one credit each. Cinderella's Royal Table takes 2 credits. Garden Grille is on the regular dining plan.

Here is a link to the list.
