Sharing at Cali Grill?

Dd and I are doing a girls trip next month and since we like more exciting food than my dh and ds I have reserved a few special dinners for us that we normally wouldn't get to try. I booked a 930pm adr at Cali Grill so we can see the fireworks. Now, after reading some reviews I am becoming worried that we might not get the best service. She is 7 so it is likely we will share and entree and dessert. Will the fact that we aren't ordering a lot of food cause us to have a less than desirable reaction from our server?

Our last visit to California Grill, I ordered an appetizer and a drink, DH did the same, and DS had a child's flatbread. We definitely did not have a huge tab, but we still got excellent service. We tipped more than usual (30%) as a result. It was a great experience for us. I hope it's the same for you!

They don't base the service on how much you order. It is more a factor on the mood of the server that day.

My daughter and I always share meals at California Grill and it has never effected our service. I've lost count of how many times we've been and service has always been top notch, with one exception that had nothing to do with us sharing food and everything to do with his poor attitude.
