Just a friendly reminder for those of us who will not be mushing our dogsleds to the frozen north for the stockholders meeting!

We received our information pack in the mail today (haven't opened it yet, though).

Can't remember where I mentioned this so forgive me if its a repeat, but I find it interesting that the "reason" given for the "perception" of late materials last year was that the meeting was held earlier than the year before. Its interesting because they then scheduled this year's meeting even earlier. They've either made some quantum leaps in their ability to get materials out in a timely manner, or they weren't completely truthful with us last year.

As for my own materials, I received an email informing me I signed up to receive my materials electronically. Problem is, I am 100% positive I never made any such request.

Has no effect on my ability to vote of course, since I fortunately didn't mistake the email for spam, but its just another one of those "interesting" tidbits.

I'll be interested to see how long it takes to get our proxy info this year. Last year we seemed to be one of the last to receive the stockholder info.
