HI I am a new member of the shareholders club, How long does the cards usually take to arrive ? I bought my shares in July and completed the form, Shall I request a temporary card we travel 30th October

Has anyone got a phone number for Shareholders club

Shareholder cards normaly take up to six weeks to arrive. You can reach the Shareholders Club by phone on:

Or the dedicated phone number: + 33 (0)1 64 74 56 30 (local call).

Open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Paris Time) from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays).

You can also contact them by loging in to the members portal on the website.

if you completed and sent off your shareholders club application in July, I'm pretty sure you'll have your permanent shareholders club card sent to your home address before you go to DLP (they are printed in batches and it can take up to 12 weeks for them to be printed and sent off to you), so I'd leave it until a couple of weeks before you to, then if you haven't received your card, phone the shareholders club.

You still have plenty of time to receive your card.

thanks guys, I did receive a email saying everything ok and I'm a menber but its all done through works email and Im on annual leave this week so cant acess work email to get any dates, numbers, account details etc

I'll leave it until beginaning of October and will call then

I joined in July as well and I'm still waiting for my card, was going to send an email but it sounds like they haven't printed a batch yet. We are going in October as well so hoping to get the card by then. Requested a temporary card as we were going to the Disney Store and that came through the same day so can always use that but can't wait to get the real thing.

glad to know its not just me, but I wanted a few things from Disney Store for out trip so maybe I should apply for a temporay card too, how did you do it ?

just rang to request a temporary card and they told me no point as my Shareholders card has already been sent out and should be arriving this week

Can i say oh bugger as before I read this I had emailed to ask if i would be getting my card soon as we go middle of october, if not could they send me a temporary card and they have sent me by email a temporary certificate.

I hope this doesn't mean I won't be getting my card until after we arrive. By the way sent share info off to disney beginning of August.
