Shareholders' Club Questions

I just received my "Welcome to the Shareholder's Club" package, but my card was not included. Was that a mistake, or will it come later?

Also, the materials say that up to 4 people can be admitted to the VIP lounge...there are 5 in my family. Does one person really have to stay outside?

Just to follow up, I received my Shareholders' Club card yesterday (Jan. 21st), almost a month after I received the "Welcome Package." It took 3 months from the time I mailed the application from the US, until I received the card - so please plan accordingly if you are joining for an upcoming trip!
