Shareholders Card

I did keep my card but I never got a new one. I read I didn't need to reapply and a card would be sent.

Did you get a new shareholders card?

I think you get one when either your card expires or the have concluded 'operations ' as they call it. The info wasn't that clear. I've not had anything but have a few years left on my card.

My card has expired already. I guess I will show my old card and hope I still get the discounts.

As far as I did understand, you still can use your card even if it's expired.
I haven't heard that anyone has got any new ones yet.
