Shareholder Renewal

HAs anyone done their renewal by email? My last one 2 years ago went by fax and I'm pretty sure I got a confirmation within hours. Did it by email yesterday morning and still not heard from them.

I emailed my renewal documents yesterday too and haven't heard anything yet.

I don't seem able to log into the shareholder's website either but I could get in yesterday.

Is this something to do with the renewal?

Edit: False alarm, it's me mistyping my shareholder number! I'm in now!

That's fine as long as it's not just me. Will give them a few more days and if still nothing I'll maybe give them a call. Just want to be sure the docs were ok as I did screen grabs like it said you could. Impatience is awful isn't it. Lol

I have misplaced my usb lead so can't scan in the signed renewal form or the printed share statement.

I printed off the renewal form & signed it, printed off copies of my contract notes and other screens that showed I owned the shares then scanned everything in and emailed it to them.

I'm hoping everything was ok!

If you can't scan any documents, I wonder if a good photo of the signed form would be acceptable for them? Then you could attach that to an email along with screen grabs of the contract notes.

Maybe if you emailed them they'd be able to let you know the best way to do it without a scanner.

That's what I did as my computer not working so had to do it all through ipad, took a photo of printed signed form and screen grabs of contract note and share statement showing how many shares I had with the days date and just emailed that to them. That's why I'm worried incase it's not accepted.

I emailed my renewal stuff on the 11th August and rang them on the 20th as I have not heard anything and spoke to a lady who informed me everthing was ok, she then a bit later in the day emailed me confirmation and its states I should receive my card in the next few weeks.

For anyone that's still waiting for a response, that's me just got an email from the shareholders club confirming renewal and that my new card will be with me in 2-4 weeks. That's using a photo taken of the renewal form and screen grabs of my shares statements all done on iPad as my laptop bit the dust earlier this year. Yay!! Salon mickey we shall see you again in November.

I´ve just send them my renewal via email.

My signed form and a confirmation pdf dated today with my shares.

Keep fingers crossed...hoe I will get a reply soon.

Just after 2 days I received a mail today that everything is ok and that they will send my new card soon.

That was very quick !!
