Shareholder renewal - €30 fee?

Just trying to renew my membership and unless I'm reading it wrong you now have to pay a €30 fee every two years, even if you own 20 shares. It used to be that 20 was the magic number to not have to pay for renewal and I've not had to the last two times. Did they get wise to this and see a new revenue opportunity or do I have it wrong?

OK, seems I have an answer as they contradict themselves on my actual renewal form by saying: €30 if you hold less than 20 Euro Disney S.C.A shares.
