I've seen a lot of beautiful pets in display pictures and signatures around the DIS, so I thought it might be fun to share our beloved cats/dogs/fish/birds/turtles... whatever! with each other. I'm sure there are lots of other proud "fur moms" and "fur dads" out there.
I'll start with our ten year old Chow Chow. I know Chows don't have the best reputations but our little guy is the sweetest, gentlest dog ever. We don't think he's a purebred but he is so cuddly and always full of surprises. Now that he's older, he's slowed down a bit but he's been a great dog. We absolutely love him! Eddie suffers from really severe allergies and hip dysplasia so he's a bit of a handful, but totally worth it.
Here's the poor guy getting a bath after being sprayed by a skunk:

We are planning on adding a Miniature Golden Doodle to our family in July and are very excited.
Looking forward to hearing from all the other animal lovers out there.

. We adopted her from the humane society when she was about 8 weeks old and she's now 4 years old. She's a sweetie pie cuddle bug most of the time but she definitely has her moments. And she's spoiled rotten.
And I love a lot of the different names... Actually, N&Bsmom, my brother has a hamster named Stuart growing up! I completely forgot about that until now.

They have been two terrific cats
