Share your favorite frozen meal

You know, those nights when you are in a bind and you have to put something on the table quick. There are just some days you are extra busy and the kids have a busier than usual schedule. What is your, "in-a-jiffy" meal?

My family loves the Stouffers (sp) Chicken, Broccoli, and Pasta bake. It tastes like homemade. Good comfort food.

What is your go-to frozen meal?

I love salisbury steak dinners. Most any brand will do. If it comes with mashed potatos that's a bonus!

Edited to add: if it's DH and I we love those meals for two from Bertolli. Esp. the meat lasagna rustica...serve with french bread from the bakery and a bagged cesaer salad...yummy/easy!

Trader Joe's five cheese macaroni and cheese. Very good and not as bad for you as other frozen mac and cheeses

I like the Bertolli.....Shrimp Scampi with Linguine. MMMMM

I used to be able to get frozen paella in a bag (similar to Bertolli's but a different brand). That was MY favorite...but DH is allergic to seafood.

I can't find it anymore so now I make up my own using a bag of frozen southwestern style rice, frozen fully cooked shrimp, a little salsa, and cheese.

Oh, I used to LOVE the chicken and mushroom ones! SO good (and so bad).

Right now, I really love Healthy Choice's Portabella Marsala Pasta. So delicious!
