I've got a semi-strong New Hampshire/New England accent.
I tend to leave out my 'r's when I'm talking at a normal speed. If I'm giving an oral presentation, I tend to speak slower and include them, though. But if I'm not thinking about it, 'r's dissape-ah.
for an example:
"Right now, the Sox ah gettin' ther butts whupped by Texes. Hopefully, Papi'll smack one wicked haad right outta they-ah. He gets it ovah the mownstah all the time."
Oh, and I can properly pronounce "Dohchestah", "Woostah", and "Plihmoth".
This one time me and my buddies met some kids who went to Hahvahd, and they were like "excuse me, what is that?" and i said "that's my cahh! do you hahvahd kids think you're bettah than us? huh? do yah?".
